Carnoustie Golf Hotel

Oxford Hotels & Inns has retained integrated marketing agency Golley Slater. The agency will promote the 60+ hotels in the company’s portfolio, which includes the Carnoustie Golf Hotel, venue for this year’s British Open Golf Championships, as well as providing support to its estate of pubs and managed properties.

Oxford Hotels and Inns recently acquired the portfolio of approximately 240 properties following the collapse of London & Edinburgh Swallow Group (L&ESG). It is set to embark on an extensive investment programme which will see major refurbishments and improvements within its existing portfolio as well as strategic acquisitions including the recent purchase of Stonefield Castle on the banks of Loch Fyne.

Golley Slater will handle the national, corporate and regional PR account for Oxford Hotels whose properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales include The Lugger in Cornwall and Tulloch Caste Hotel in the Highlands.

Golley Slater's Leeds and Edinburgh offices will manage the account, which will be directed by Gillian Wilson.
