New Call Centre

Following a number of recent account wins Golley Slater Contact Management, which specialises in direct outbound telephone marketing, has just commissioned a new 32 seat call centre to add to its current 60 seats in Cardiff and 50 seats in Leeds.

The direct company has recently won campaigns in the charity, government and commercial sectors and the new 32 seats are a result of these and other direct wins, taking overall seat numbers to nearly 150. Golley Slater Contact Centre Management Client gains include The British Army, Linde Material Handling, Welsh Blood, Computeach & Norwich Union. The new jobs are to be created in Cardiff.

"Having just celebrated our 25th Birthday in direct contact centre marketing operations Golley Slater Contact Management is looking forward to the next 25 with a degree of optimism", says Ron Moody, managing director of Golley Slater Contact Management.

"It’s very encouraging to see a 50% uplift in capacity given that we specialise in high quality, complex direct outbound contact management", says Moody.

"This channel is one of the most measurable in terms of return on investment and clearly the demand for this type of work here in the UK is recognised by the clients that we work with", Moody added.
