The purpose of this apprenticeship role is to support the Client Services team while developing practical skills and knowledge in client service, recruitment advertising, media planning, administration and campaign coordination.
You will learn how to support client requirements, coordinate recruitment and public notice advertising activity from brief through to approval and delivery and develop an understanding of how to recommend appropriate media options and produce effective advertising copy.
This is an entry-level apprenticeship role, suitable for someone at the beginning of their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in advertising, media, client service or business administration within a professional agency environment.
You’ll benefit from structured learning, ongoing support and increasing responsibility as you build your confidence, skills and experience.
What you’ll be responsible for

Supporting the Recruitment Advertising team with the delivery of recruitment and public notice advertising campaigns.

Assisting with campaign administration, including bookings, schedules, deadlines and reporting.

Helping to coordinate advertising activity across a range of media channels.

Supporting communication with clients, media suppliers and internal teams to help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Assisting with the preparation, proofreading and approval of advertising copy and creative assets.

Maintaining accurate records, campaign information and administrative documentation.

Monitoring campaign deadlines and supporting the team to ensure activity is completed to a high standard.

Developing positive working relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers while providing excellent customer service.

Learning about recruitment advertising, media planning and campaign performance reporting.

Working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification while developing valuable workplace and professional skills.
