We are on the look out for a Quality Control Manager to join our team in our office based in Guiseley, Leeds. This person would lead a quality control team and drive their performance to delivery on key business opjectives.
Deliver the Quality Control targets and objectives for the business.
Deliver the required volume of effective coaching
Deliver client service level agreements and KPIs
Manage and motivate the sales and quality performance of PRM agents
Ensure Advisors are delivering their work to the required quality standards
Maximise productivity of the team
Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunity to Operations Director and / or HR advisor.
Recommend and implement operational process and platforms improvement
Appraise and develop staff
Work towards and implement best practice
Must be able to motivate
Must be prepared to take ownership for team performance and results
Must have a hands-on approach
Must take a proactive approach to self-development
Must be prepared to take on new projects as directed by the Operations Director
