Soltan lost its No.1 status in suncare and looked to us to redefine shopper messaging to help Boots become a destination for suncare through a strong point of differentiation.

What we did:

We re-positioned a key visual for the brand and created simple messaging to communicate at shelf the 5-star UVA protection across the entire Soltan range.

Produced a category framework with a sub-brand and variant segmentation, brought to life planograms for various store formats and disrupted shoppers using displays in aisle, on shelf, off shelf and at gondola ends.

Amplified the re-positioned brand through a heat activation local marketing pack in summer 2017.
