The Challenge:

In 2018, Lincoln College had a gap in the funding allocation available for AEB. Keen to ensure the contract was maximised the college had started as B2C campaign online, but with little success.

 

The Golley Slater Solution:

Golley Slater proposed a B2B campaign to reach learners that were already in work, for which the courses were most suitable – care and education organisations.

Engaging decision makers in businesses, the information about the course offering was shared and onsite leads were generated for the commercial team for large enrolment cohorts, and online enrolment facilitated for smaller volumes.

 

The Results: 

In just three months:

  • Over 2,600 employers engaged
  • 1,900 decision makers aware of the proposition
  • 145 onsite leads generated for large cohorts enrolments
  • 782 total learners identified
