Golley Slater Becomes Employee-Owned

We’re proud to announce that Golley Slater has officially transitioned to an employee-owned business  marking a major milestone in our near 70-year journey. 

This move places 100% of our business in trust for the benefit of our 130 employees, giving every team member a meaningful stake in our future. It’s a decision that secures our independence, protects our culture, and strengthens our long-term vision while empowering our people.

Our leadership, structure, and day-to-day operations remain unchanged. But now, our people have a stronger voice and deeper involvement in shaping the future of our agency.
