Life at Golley Slater is always different, never a dull moment. I love that each day I feel challenged with different tasks. My line manager, Sophie Husbands, has been phenomenal throughout my whole employment. She has helped me develop massively within the business.
It’s hard to pick just one thing. But being recognised for doing good work is definitely up there! My line manager always lets me know when I’ve done a good job and tries her hardest to make sure I’m taking advantage of all the knowledge she has to offer – to help me develop!
